How was Skigital formed?
Fate? Destiny? Coincidence? Co-founders, Shanna and Kim joke that the universe knew the plan before they did. A digital marketing agency was the future for these two Chester County women. Shanna was doing freelance design work and social media marketing for local businesses. Kim was working in the advertising field for a large corporation. Both women knew they wanted to run their own business but independently, they were lacking skill sets.
In early 2015, Kim and Shanna met to discuss their entrepreneurial ideals and backgrounds. It was an indisputable match! Kim brought 20+ years of sales, marketing and management from the advertising and pharmaceutical industries. Shanna, already a proven successful entrepreneur, providing amazing graphic design and social media expertise. Shortly thereafter, Skigital LLC was up and running. What started as a small local business has quickly become a growing, thriving and recommended marketing agency. Partners, Kim and Shanna have created a trusted agency for businesses small and large almost overnight!
KIM CUNNINGHAM
Kim graduated from WCU and immediately went to work in the advertising industry. She has spent the last 20+ years in sales and marketing in the fields of advertising and pharmaceuticals. Kim believes that hard work, integrity and superior customer service are the 3 most crucial elements for running a successful business. She is known for going above and beyond and strives for 100% client satisfaction. When it comes to marketing, Kim's work experience has taught her the importance of an executable plan and measurable results.
Kim grew up in Horsham, Pa but once she moved to West Chester, she knew she found home. She resides in the WC borough with her daughter Madeline, and her son Connor. Kim's interests include furniture restoration, running, the beach and cooking.

SHANNA DECOLA
Shanna's passion for design and aim for perfection has always been the driving force behind her success. With 10+ years of design and social media marketing experience, her creativity and an eye for detail make her work stand out in the design and marketing world. Shanna cares deeply about each project she works on and will only put her name on something if it meets the customer's expectation 100%.
Shanna was born and raised in West Chester, PA and now resides in Downingtown, PA with her husband, Lou, son Louie and daughter Bella. She enjoys singing, CrossFit, the beach and spending time with her family.

RACHEL ROLLER
Rachel is a graduate of WCU with a degree in marketing. Before working at Skigital, it was the wedding industry where her career in marketing and design was launched. Working with event planners and in design studios are where she gained much of her experience. Rachel doesn't consider her career a job as it's her passion and she truly enjoys her ever-changing day-to-day routine!
When the sun is shining, you can, without a doubt, find her and her boyfriend, Brandon, at every Farmers Market, garage sale-ing, or taking their two retriever pups for a walk down the windy country roads of Chester County.

NATALIE RADBILL
Natalie is a West Chester University graduate with a degree in Graphic and Interactive Design. A love for art and design led her to pursue a creative career which eventually brought her to Skigital. She loves that she has been able to turn her passion into a living.
Natalie was born and raised in Pennsylvania and currently lives in West Chester. Outside of work she loves to travel, garden, and cook.

ALANNA GENTLE
Alanna is a graduate from Temple University with a degree in Communication Studies. Her passion for art, music, and writing led her to go down the creative path. She loves having a job that allows her to be creative and grow her knowledge on marketing.
Alanna was born in Scotland and now resides in Oxford, PA. Outside of work, you can find her traveling, hanging out with her dog, or reading a book on a beautiful day.

Kentra graduated from Temple University with a degree in Advertising and a concentration in Account Management. Her professional skillset came from her curiosity in exploring the world of advertising and marketing. Kentra’s hard work and commitment to her professional and personal growth led her to choose a position at Skigital. Kentra is looking to use her sense of optimism, creativity, ability to plan, attention to detail, communication, organization, management skills, and customer service experience to thrive within the agency.
Kentra was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and now lives in West Chester with her boyfriend. Kentra enjoys music festivals, traveling, hiking, exploring new brunch locations, and creating new recipes.
