Skigital is looking for a full-time Account Executive with sales and marketing experience to join its successful, expanding sales team. This is a work-from-home opportunity and is available to any qualified salesperson living in the greater Philadelphia area. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you.
As Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development, and sales skills. There will in office and in-field training provided during the first month of employment.
 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients in your territory.

  • Develop new business and increase spending by all new and existing clients.

  • Represent Skigital’s Values in all dealings with Clients, Vendors, and Colleagues.

  • Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Understanding, Creativity, and Professionalism

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to quote requests in adherence to company procedures.

  • Use company CRM systems in line with procedure. New business development, from either Skigital in-house account clients; generated leads, referrals, or own knowledge base.

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service and support.

  • Working with a wider team to resolve problems.

  • On-going education as it pertains to digital marketing industry

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrable sales success in the marketing/advertising fields.

  • Ability to communicate via telephone and email.

  • General higher education or sales training and qualifications.

  • Able to build rapport quickly over the phone or face to face.

  • Strong networking skills.

  • Motivated self-starter. Basic knowledge of ONLINE marketing with the ability to learn an in-depth approach at a fast pace.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE 

MARKETING INTERN​
  • Assist in content creation for things like press releases, creative social media captions, and blog writing

  • Assist with overflow tasks as needed such as updating information

  • Familiarity with scheduling posts on social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram

  • Organized, detail oriented, and a strong ability to multitask while still maintaining quality work

  • Research new trends in the industry and be able to apply them to your everyday responsibilities 

  • Experience using canva or adobe creative cloud not necessary but a plus

  • Preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

​EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

​​Skigital is seeking a highly organized and proactive part time Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by managing various administrative tasks, such as calendar management, setting up meetings, team coordination, organization, and facilitating efficient communication. Your attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality will be critical to your success in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and flagging important messages for executive attention.

  • Appointment Setting/Calendar Management: Maintain and update executives' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize their time.

  • Meeting Coordination: Set up and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes as necessary.

  • Team Coordination: Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Travel and Accommodation: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as required.

  • Expense Tracking: Monitor daily expenses and prepare regular reports, ensuring accurate records and timely reimbursement.

  • Office Management: Oversee office supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders when necessary.

  • Document Organization: Gather and organize documents, manage the Google Drive, and maintain an efficient filing system.

  • Communication Support: Format internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports, to maintain a professional and consistent image.

  • Phone and Correspondence: Screen and direct phone calls, as well as distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence appropriately.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Business Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity.

  • Monday Work Management Platform experience is a plus.

COPYWRITING INTERN​
Requirements:
  • Write original copy for blog posts, social media marketing, email marketing, and websites (if needed)

  • Understand the target audience’s requirements and interests

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to present ideas for copy

  • Revise copy based on feedback from the team

  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
