Due to the digital nature of the product, all purchases are non-refundable.
You are not purchasing the afterglow brand and assets. Instead, you will customize the brand style to your liking based on the afterglow design.
Upon checkout, you will receive the following:
A link to a custom brand questionnaire & Brand Consultation Day signup
Overview Packet
When you receive your email following your purchase, fill out your custom brand questionnaire. This will help us get started on the customization process.
After filling out your custom brand questionnaire, you will be directed to book your Consultation Day. Please ensure that this is a day where you will be available from 9 AM to 5 PM EST for feedback and communication with Skigital's design team.
On your Consultation Day, we will send you a new draft of your brand guide with the customizations given in your brand questionnaire. From here, you may make one (1) additional list of edits for minor final adjustments (i.e. spacing adjustments, color combination switches, typographic style changes, etc). Please note, these edits may NOT be major conceptual design changes. Any edits that fall out of the scope of the agreed process will be billed at our hourly rate.
Once the design is to your liking, Skigital will send you your new brand assets within 48 hours of final approval. 
You MUST be available to communicate on your Consultation Day. If Skigital does not hear from you by 6 PM EST on your Consultation Day, we will send you our initial brand asset designs based on your brand questionnaire, and service will be considered complete.
Any revisions after the Consultation Day will be billed at our hourly rate.
