Kim graduated from WCU and immediately went to work in the advertising industry.  She has spent the last 25 years in sales and marketing in the fields of advertising and pharmaceuticals.  Kim believes that hard work, integrity and superior customer service are the 3 most crucial elements for running a successful business.  She is known for going above and beyond and strives for 100% client satisfaction.  When it comes to marketing, Kim's work experience has taught her the importance of an executable plan and measurable results.

Kim grew up in Horsham, Pa but once she moved to West Chester, she knew she found home. She resides in the WC borough with her daughter Madeline, and her son Connor.  Kim's interests include furniture restoration, running, the beach and cooking.

Juliet is a graduate of West Chester University, with a degree in Communication Studies. Although originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, she has been living in West Chester since finishing her studies in 2016. Throughout her career, she found a strong interest in social media and digital marketing.

Outside of work, Juliet enjoys reading, exercising, listening to music, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Natalie is a West Chester University graduate with a degree in Graphic and Interactive Design, complemented with minors in Art History and Media and Culture. With a strong passion for art and design, she has successfully turned her creative pursuit into a rewarding career at Skigital.

Beyond her work, she loves exploring new cities, discovering hidden treasures while thrifting, and attending comedy shows. Natalie currently lives in Denver, Colorado with her boyfriend and two cats. 

Allison Barto, a Chester County native from Malvern, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Penn State University. With a diverse professional background in advertising, sales, and logistics, Allison's journey also includes previously owning a flower shop in West Chester and obtaining her real estate broker’s license. Known for her innovative and agile problem-solving skills, Allison brings a strong attention to detail to everything she tackles.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Allison is a wedding photographer and the host of a podcast centered around second shooting weddings. When she's not behind the lens, she strives to go to bed at a reasonable bedtime, fueled by her aspiration to embrace early mornings.

A West Chester resident since 2003, Allison resides in East Bradford Township with her husband, Brian, their son, Knox, and their two cats, in a 1700s farmhouse.

Jason's consultative, solution-based approach to the sales process and over 25 years of experience working with clients in the telecommunication and residential real estate industries makes him an excellent fit for the Skigital team! Jason's passion for providing a world-class customer experience and delivering outstanding results are keys to Jason's success as an Account Executive.

As an Account Executive, Jason is responsible for managing business development and customer service for his clients. His ultimate goal is to achieve positive growth for both the company and the customer.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys landscaping, being outside in nature, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing (just about anything on or around the water), running, HIIT workouts, and pickleball. Jason is an aspiring pitmaster who finds great pleasure in the art of grilling/smoking!

Kirstin is a Temple University graduate with a degree in advertising and a concentration in art direction. She is very passionate about creativity and enjoys planning, designing, and publishing successful content for a brand or company. She finds this work to be extremely rewarding when she is able to see the positive interactions and engagements of the content that she has helped create. 

When putting creativity aside, you can find her traveling, attending concerts, or hanging out with friends and family. Her favorite place she's traveled to so far was when she studied abroad in Ireland. Kirstin is looking forward to my next trip back, as well as visiting many more places around the world.

Marielle is a graduate student at the Pennsylvania State University in the Master of Marketing Analytics and Insights (MMAI program) in the Smeal College of Business.

Marielle received her undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 2022, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Smeal College of Business and a minor in Information Sciences and Technology. During Marielle’s final semester of college at Penn State, she began working with the Skigital team as a digital marketing intern. Upon graduation, Marielle joined our team full-time as an Account Manager in the summer of 2022. Since joining the Skigital team, she has found her passion for creative integrated campaigns, driving measurable results, presenting clients with meaningful performance insights, and discovering new ways to increase clients’ profitable return on marketing investment.
 

Outside of work, Marielle enjoys traveling to new countries, working out in the gym, relaxing in Cape May, New Jersey, and spending time with loved ones.

Morgan is a senior at West Chester University studying marketing with a minor in digital marketing. She has always considered herself to be a creative person so she is excited to put her skills to use as a marketing intern for Skigital while working with others and learning more. Outside of work and school, she loves to workout, travel, shop, and spend time with her family and friends.

Macie is a current senior at West Chester University studying marketing with a minor in digital marketing. She is a determined individual who aspires for ways to apply her education to real world opportunities. She is looking forward to forming new relationships as she starts her role as a copywriting intern for Skigital. Macie seems to always find herself shopping in her free time and enjoys quality time with friends and family.
